What I need from you

Here's everything I need to start building — ranked most-to-least important, with where to find each one. You don't have to do it all yourself: most of this can be handed to a VA. Get what you can before Wednesday; we'll sort the rest together on the call.

⚠ Do this first — it's the one thing we can't get back. Your 16 years of member and billing history likely lives in the franchise's system, and franchise logins are usually switched off the moment you exit. Everything else here can wait a few days; this can't. Pull it all now.
Priority 1 · Urgent

Fit Body Boot Camp / franchise data export VA can do

Your member list, transaction & payment history, attendance, and any contracts/waivers — the irreplaceable 16-year backbone the knowledge base and member systems are built on.

How to get it
  1. Log into the franchise booking/CRM platform while you still have access.
  2. Export everything the platform lets you — full member list, transaction ledger, payment history, attendance, waivers — as CSV/Excel. Save it off-platform (Google Drive folder I'll share).
  3. Also send a short written request to the franchisor for a complete copy of your customer data file, as the operator of your locations.

⚑ Check your franchise agreement for any data-use / non-solicit clauses before relying on this data — worth a quick look with your attorney. (This isn't legal advice.)

Priority 2 · Start early (slow to issue)

Mariana Tek — Admin API access You / admin

The operational core: live members, classes, transactions and the lead→trial→member spine, plus webhooks for conversion triggers. This one is not instant — it's issued by their team on request, so we kick it off early.

How to get it
  1. Email integrations@marianatek.com to register an integration (I'll draft the wording) — request an Admin API key for a service user.
  2. In your Mariana Tek Admin App, create an Admin App account for me and set the role/permissions (must include historical transactions + member records).
  3. They issue the API key; I take it from there.

⚑ Worth confirming with them whether API access depends on your plan tier, and how far back your data actually goes in Mariana Tek (it may only reach the date you migrated on — which is exactly why Priority 1 matters).

Priority 2 · Quick check

Xplor Growth — confirm your tier & the ads add-on You

Your marketing layer (email, SMS, segments, auto-campaigns) sits here. I need to know what you've actually got switched on.

What to check
  1. Confirm you're on Core + Growth (or higher) — that's what unlocks the marketing suite.
  2. Look in the Ads section for an "Ads Engine" — and check whether it's active / whether you're paying for it. (Heads-up: this is for in-app promo banners, not running your Meta/Google spend — that stays in your ad accounts; we'd wire leads across later.)
  3. Add me as a team member with Growth access when ready.
Priority 3 · Front-end & chatbot

Webflow — site access + token VA can start

For the branded front-end work and (later) the website chatbot embed.

How to get it
  1. Invite me as a Guest on the site (free, project-only, no password sharing): Site Settings → invite / Share.
  2. Generate a Site API token: Site Settings (gear) → Apps & integrationsAPI access → Generate token → copy it once and send it securely.

⚑ The chatbot widget needs a paid Webflow Site plan to show on the live site (the free plan strips custom-code embeds). Worth confirming ritualtraining.co is on a paid plan.

Priority 4 · As we get to them

The rest — gather as you can VA can do

Lower urgency; we'll pull these in as the build reaches them:

The list
  1. Google Workspace — access to the email history we'll mine for the knowledge base (you decide which mailbox/scope).
  2. Social accounts — Instagram & Facebook for Bend & Portland (for the debrand clean-up agent).
  3. Old GoHighLevel — export any contacts/automations worth keeping before you stop paying for it.
  4. Old CMS / website data — anything still living on the previous site worth preserving.
  5. Microsoft Teams — team chat/transcript history. This one may be fiddly to pull — don't spend long on it; flag it to me and I'll work out the route (Power Automate or export).
  6. Google Business Profile — manager access for the review automation (Bend & Portland).
  7. Your three trusted programs — the philosophies/courses you want the programming & FAQ agents grounded in.
How to send credentials safely: don't email passwords in plain text. I'll share a secure way to pass keys (and we'll sign the mutual NDA first — see the Agreement). Where possible, invite me as a user/guest rather than sharing your own login.
